Transform Development’s consultancy work spans a diverse range of projects including executive and operational team development, culture improvement and conflict resolution, support for strategic initiatives, organisational reviews and executive coaching.
We have a broad and deep range of organisational development skills and an excellent ability to evaluate situations and business process at a strategic level; identify the key issues; facilitate useful discussion about these issues and engage key stakeholders in solution finding; work through areas of agreement and conflict in a productive way; and develop strategies and solutions that best fit the needs of the situation.
Our strength is in working through complex or “tricky” projects: working in situations where there is disagreement about the preferred outcome and where careful facilitated discussion is required to tease out the issues and identify a way forward. We also have extensive experience in the implementation phase, assisting organisations with overall execution, change management, re-structuring and staff and stakeholder engagement. We offer services in the following main areas:
- Executive team development to enhance collaboration and whole-of-organisation leadership
- Improving effectiveness, culture and relationships within operational teams
- Supporting conflict resolution and increased functionality for professional relationships
- Support for strategic initiatives such as strategic planning, policy development, redesign key work processes.
- Organisational reviews or evaluations
- Leadership development and executive coaching.
