Transform Developments Pty Ltd is well supported administratively and benefits from a small, flexible management structure.  Clients deal in-person with Sue Sampson and are not relegated to junior staff.  Projects are closely managed with clear timeframes, effective communication between the consultant and the client and a close eye on project outcomes. 

Transform Developments Pty Ltd has a highly skilled and experienced administration manager with particular skills in events management as well as training administration, office management and computer support. We also have an IT technician, with web and server expertise, on call.  Our IT technician will set up and oversee the web-based administration processes as needed

 If necessary, we have access to additional administrative staff, with appropriate skills, who could be called upon for extra assistance.  However, this is judged to be unlikely as it is envisaged that our existing support officer would be well able to deal with the demands of this project.
