Transform Development Pty Ltd operates as a small consultancy with a focus on quality, flexibility and responsiveness.  As the principal and primary consultant of the business, Sue Sampson is responsible for the delivery of all professional services and all aspects of the business related to quality and quality management.

Transform Developments Director, Sue Sampson, has  a developed understanding of Business Excellence and of Quality Management.  She has utilised the Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF) in past roles and are also familiar with the ISO quality system. The philosophies of both the ABEF and the ISO series are, as far as practical, utilised in Transform Development Pty Ltd.  Key principles include:

·       Current and regularly updated strategic overview of the business operating environment

·       Regular business planning to take account of changes in the business environment and ensure business sustainability;

·       Continuous improvement of key systems.  The nature of this will vary depending on the type of work being undertaken and the client’s needs.  However, it regularly involves a quality review at key stages of projects with improvement opportunities identified and improvements implemented.  Client input is highly valued in this process with regular client input sought, client/consulting debriefing sessions and other feedback mechanisms.

·       Client communication is a core part of Transform Developments’ business model and clients have regular and open access to Sue and Jacque.  Key aspects are:

o   Open and clear communication and discussion with the customer on clarification of expected outcomes and processes to be employed prior to the design and delivery of the facilitation.

o   Engagement with the customer progressively throughout delivery of the programs.

o   Regular reports to the client at key stages of projects, with amendment to project processes as needed.

o   End-project debriefing to ensure quality outcomes, to gather feedback and to look for future improvements.

·       The achievement of agreed client outcomes is the core focus Transform Development’s business.  The philosophy is that it is never enough to simply deliver a service - a training session or a workshop. Rather the focus must be on ensuring that the service – training session, workshop or other – delivers the desired outcomes for the client.

·       Facilitators adhere to professional codes of conduct within the profession and undertake regular professional development with leading training organizations and professional associations.  (for example,  Institute of Learning Practitioners, Australian Institute of Management).

·       The maintenance of consistent formats, processes and content, with regular monitoring and review.

·       Regular peer review of practice.
