A key tool to assist participant recall and reconnect with their workshop learnings are our Visual Records.  These are developed as a key outcome for both training sessions and other facilitated workshops.  They include colour photographs of key posters from the workshop, key workshop outcomes and photographs of participants involved in the session. Visual Records are excellent at helping participants remember, reconnect with and reflect on their thinking at workshop.  They provide a permanent record of the key issues raised, the insights gleaned and the actions and strategies considered at sessions. We consider them a vital tool for participants, communities and the greater change management process and a key value-add for our clients.  Some clients choose to upload Visual Records onto relevant websites so that participants and interested others can download them for later reference.
