Communication and Interpersonal Skills: a Foundation for Effective Relationships

Price

$1,750

Duration

1 month, comprising of 2 days of online or in-person workshop learning.

About the Course

Communication is a two-way street. It doesn’t matter how brilliant your message is, unless your target audience receives it, you’ve failed. And so in addition to developing a clear and succinct argument or viewpoint, a good communicator also carefully considers the audience, both by doing their homework ahead of time and by being attuned to others in the moment. Effective communication is not just about a clear and well-articulated message. It also needs to be relevant to the audience’s needs and, just as important, empathic to their motivations and to their emotional state.

This course is contextualizable to your specific organisational environment and needs.

It can also be customised to be delivered through different delivery structures.
